SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver products domestically and internationally using Australia Post.

Australian Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 unless you spend $100, then shipping is free within Australia.

International shipping costs have a flat rate of $39.99

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location. 

RETURNS 

For all returns please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to exchange/refund the full amount of $ (excluding shipping) so long as the product is in original condition including tags. 

There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense. We suggest using Registered post with tracking as we can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders. 

No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.
